Welcome to Saltio’s collection of traditional Mexican spirits. From the agave-rooted heritages of tequila and mezcal to the wild, desert-born Dasylirion plant used for sotol, each expression offers a distinctly unique flavor profile.
Tequila – Crafted exclusively from Blue Weber agave.
Blanco: Fresh, unaged, and vibrant.
Reposado: Aged 2–12 months with hints of vanilla and spice.
Añejo: Aged 1–3 years with deep oak and caramel flavors.
Mezcal - Can be made from many varieties of agave and is traditionally cooked in underground earthen pits, giving its distinctive smoky character.
Sotol - Sotol is a distilled spirit made from the wild Dasylirion plant, native to the Chihuahuan Desert in northern Mexico. Unlike tequila and mezcal, which are produced from the agave plant, sotol comes from a different species altogether, giving it a unique flavor profile among Mexican spirits.
